About Traditional Medicinals

Traditional Medicinals Ltd. has been created by Medical Herbalists to provide access to a wide range of herbal botanicals. We can also provide a prescription service to practitioners. We have a large variety of botanicals on offer in various forms, including; tinctures, fluid extracts, cut/dried herbs, powdered herbs, many creams, fixed oils, a complete range of essential oils, shampoos, conditioner and pessaries. We can also arrange to have capsules made up to your own specification.
Included in this brochure are our popular practitioner’s dispensary packs, which all have fifty herbal products in each pack at an affordable price of £100.00, that’s only £2.00 per botanical. This gives you a complete mini dispensary; useful to many different practitioners who may not want the expense of having a large dispensary but would like the experience of sampling a wide variety of herbal products. Also of benefit for the amateur who has an interest in using more herbs for health.

Quality
The quality of our botanicals is excellent and all products are made to exacting standards in a GMP facility. We practice sustainable purchasing and use only ethical and ecologically sourced herbs. Our products are un-adulterated, not irradiated, non GMO and free from artificial additives. We only use whole plant formulations. 
 
Packaging
We have chosen amber, recyclable PET bottles to pack and transport our extracts. These bottles eliminate the xenoestrogen leeching problem, seen with other plastics, while protecting the precious extracts from light. PET is recyclable and is lightweight, therefore ensuring postage and packing costs are lower for you. The dried herbs are packed in heat sealed foil containers which help to keep them as fresh as possible.
Dried herbs and tinctures stored in good conditions should remain active for a long period. Keep the dried herbs in air tight containers or leave them sealed, in their foil bags. The tinctures are better kept away from electrical equipment, especially microwaves, to protect them from electro magnetic fields.
 
Keep all herbs away from children. 
Our tinctures are practitioner strength 1:3 (1 part herb to 3 parts alcohol). Please make a note of this when working out your dosage, or consult a suitably qualified herbalist.
